While we no longer serve breakfast due to low demand, our large and inviting rooms ensure a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Central Gardens, Bournemouth International Center, and the Pavilion Theater, with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops just 5 minutes away on foot. For those traveling by train, Bournemouth Railway Station is only a 6-minute drive from the hotel, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Washington House Hotel offers boutique accommodations in a Grade-II-listed Victorian Villa in central Bournemouth. It has free parking and is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and pier. We have large, attractive rooms which all have TVs, free Wifi, a hospitality tray including biscuits and water. Due to such low demand we are no longer serving breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the Central Gardens, Bournemouth International Center and the Pavilion Theater. Restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Bournemouth Railway Station is a 6-minute drive away.
