Experience the charm of our split-level 1-bedroom family maisonette, ideally situated at the front corner of our building across the first and second floors. This spacious accommodation features a generous living area complete with an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the bedroom boasts a cozy double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request for an additional fee. The private bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and washstand, ensuring your comfort. Designed with stylish furnishings and top-of-the-line appliances, this maisonette also offers complimentary WiFi for your convenience. Please note that this property does not include a balcony or terrace, and it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Additionally, pets are not permitted in this accommodation. We have two unique family maisonettes available, each with its own distinct layout. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, with the option for an extra person upon request, subject to additional charges.
Located in the heart of Maastricht on the Vrijthof Square, Urban Residences Apartments offer spacious 1-bedroom apartments with Alessi design. All the maisonettes and suites are equipped with appliances such as a washing and drying machine, dishwasher and flat screen plasma televisions for your convenience. Wifi is free. All the maisonettes are located on two levels, the suites are located on one level. Each of the units can be reached by stairs. Our penthouse has ceiling-to-floor glass windows and is the only apartment that features a terrace. There is a large variety of cafes and restaurants in the direct surroundings of Urban Residences. On the Vrijthof are located the St. Servatius Basilica, Maastricht Theater, St. Jans Church and Vrijthof Museum. Maastricht University is located at a 5-minute walk. Lively Markt is 4 minutes by foot. From there you have direct links by bus throughout Maastricht.
