On the ground floor, there is a small town restaurant "UNTAPPED -Breakfast&Pub-"(closed every Tuesday) and serves delicious breakfast, natural wine from various areas, and beer from Sapporo along with daily special menus and small dish cuisine. Open from 7:00 to 22:00(Last Order 21:30). We also open an independent bookstore named "Seesaw Books" behind Untapped Hostel. You can get many types of unique books and zine.
