Many of our rooms offer stunning views of the sea front or the iconic West Pier, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, complete with a hairdryer for your convenience. Please note that some rooms may be located in the basement; if you prefer a different location, kindly inform us prior to your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Our hotel, a historic Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1820s, is ideally situated in the heart of Brighton, just a short stroll from the beach and a variety of local attractions, including the famous Pier and the Royal Pavilion. Enjoy a delightful dining experience at The Regency, Brighton's oldest restaurant, where you can savor locally caught seafood while taking in the beautiful views from our outdoor terrace.

Built in the 1820s, the historic Grade II Listed Beach Hotel has a great location in the center of Brighton. It offers a popular restaurant and traditional rooms, just 328 feet from the beach. There is a wide range of bars and restaurants within just a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. Brighton’s famous Pier, the Royal Pavillion, rail station and vibrant night life are all less than a mile away. All rooms at the Beach have a TV, free tea and coffee facilities and many boast views of the sea front or West Pier. Each private bathroom also includes a hairdryer. Locally caught fish and seafood are served at The Regency, Brighton’s oldest restaurant. Guests can dine on the outdoor terrace, with views of the West Pier. The i360 is directly opposite to the hotel. The Brighton Center is just a 3 minute walk.
