Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, this double room is the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant surroundings of Waikīkī.

Nestled between the International Marketplace and the Ala Wai Canal, Romer House is a love letter to the neighborhood, and the rich artistic culture of O‘ahu. As the island’s only all-adult hotel, guests can expect a grown-up getaway in the heart of Waikīkī but totally out of the fray. Each of the 179 hotel rooms is a tribute to Waikīkī’s Mid-Century apartment buildings, with most opening to private lanais. Downstairs, an energetic neighborhood izakaya features Japanese-Hawaiian dishes meant to share over long nights of drinks, while the second-floor pool club offers a relaxed, splash-zone-free, social atmosphere. Romer House Waikiki is the second iteration of Romer in the Waikiki neighborhood. While it’s sister property Romer Ambassador is colorful and effervescent, adding punchy energy to the quiet Kūhiō corner on the leading edge of Waikiki; Romer House joins a neighborhood that is already energized, so instead provides the calm but inviting backdrop for the guest to check in, and get out. Oversize photography by renowned surf photographer Arto Saari greets you at reception – immediately telling the story of community and Hawaiian tradition. The front desk features carved charred wood motifs – indicative of wood carving in traditional Hawaiian culture. The space is modern but approachable– a fresh take on Hawaiian, and specifically Waikiki, culture.
