Welcome to our cozy room, designed for comfort and convenience. This inviting space features an en suite toilet and bathroom, ensuring privacy and ease during your stay. Enjoy your favorite shows with cable TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Located on the first floor, this room accommodates up to three guests, along with one infant under the age of two, making it an ideal choice for small families. Please note that there is no capacity for extra beds, ensuring a snug and intimate atmosphere. The Phenix guest house is just a stone's throw from the seafront and a short five-minute stroll from Blackpool North station, placing you in the heart of the action. While we do not offer meals on-site, you can indulge in a hearty Full English breakfast at nearby cafes. With major attractions just a ten-minute walk away, including theaters, clubs, and the iconic Blackpool Tower, you can enjoy the vibrant local scene while returning to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Located yards from the seafront and a 5-minute walk from Blackpool North station, the Phenix is a small and centrally located guest house. Enjoy sea views from the garden, dining room and 1 family room. No meals are available at the property but you can enjoy the freedom of having a Full English breakfast at one of the many cafes close to our property. Tea/Coffee is available from our Dining Room from 8:30am until 10:00pm. The main attractions are 10 minutes away, including theaters, clubs, the cinema, central pier, Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. It is a short tram ride to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore. Even with these locations close by, you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, as Phenix caters for families and couples only.
