Please be aware, Light Rail construction is occurring on Gold Coast Highway – there will be construction noise at night for the upcoming months. Outrigger Burleigh is undergoing external painting of the building over the next few months – it will be in stages working around the building. If your balcony is being renovated Work Place Health and Safety requirements are for you to not use your balcony over that week.
