Ideal for families or groups, the villa comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with a special note that adults aged 18 and over are not permitted on the top bunks of bunk beds. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, making it an ideal choice for your next vacation.

Located on the banks of the Hopkins River, just off the Great Ocean Road, NRMA Warrnambool Riverside Holiday Park features a lagoon-style swimming pool, a tennis court, an indoor heated pool. It offers self-contained villas with a private balcony. Surrounded by manicured gardens, the air-conditioned villas include private verandas, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a TV. You can enjoy a meal in the BBQ area, or try a round of mini golf. The holiday park also offers a games room, a children's playground and a kiosk with grocery items. NRMA Warrnambool Riverside Holiday Park Allansford is 10 minutes’ drive from Warrnambool, and 15 minutes’ drive from Warrnambool Golf Club. Port Fairy is a 30-minute drive away. There is a bus stop located directly beside the property. Please note that adults (18 years and over) are not allowed on top bunks of bunk beds.
