Overview

This studio is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a dishwasher and a seating area with a sofa. There is a washing machine available outside of the studio. Please note that 1 child up to the age of 6 years can sleep free of charge in existing beds. Other child can stay on the extra bed available for a surcharge.

Occupying a historic Art Nouveau building in the Josefstadt district opposite the University Campus, this family-run 4-star guest house Pension Excellence is only 5 minutes' walk from Vienna’s Town Hall, the Schottentor/Universität Underground Station, and the Ringstraße boulevard.
