Das JMM Grand Suites liegt gegenüber dem Robinsons Place Mall an der Pedro Gil Straße und ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Bucht von Manila entfernt. Es bietet einen Innenpool, ein Fitnessstudio, eine Sauna und ein Café. WLAN und Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Die Zimmer, Suiten und Apartments sind mit einem Balkon ausgestattet, klimatisiert und verfügen über Marmorböden. Sie bieten einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelkanälen, einen persönlichen Safe und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Warmwasser und Haartrockner. Ein Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
