Overview
Our hotel rooms are thoughtfully situated on the second, third, and fourth floors, offering guests the choice of enjoying either a captivating view of the front or a serene outlook at the rear of the building. If you have a specific preference for a particular floor or view, please feel free to make your request during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please note that our charming historic building does not have an elevator, which may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues, especially those assigned to the third or fourth floors. We encourage all guests to consider this when making their reservation. Experience the unique character of our rooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
Brighton House is a 200-year-old, listed building and has the stairs to confirm this! As we don't have a elevator, we advise anyone who has difficulty with stairs to take this into consideration before booking. Described as a ‘luxurious Regency Guest House with immaculate rooms’ by The Lonely Planet Guide, Lucho and the team welcome you to their historic townhouse. According to the AA, Brighton House puts ‘hospitality and comfort high on the agenda’, and its clean, fully rooms with attached bathroom are well located in the heart of Brighton. Start the day with the largely organic buffet-style breakfast before exploring the beach, The Brighton Center, The Metropole, the Lanes and Preston Street for dining, all of which are all within walking distance of Brighton House.
