Enjoy the convenience of a split-system air-conditioner to keep you cool, and unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV equipped with cable channels. Please note that for bookings of two guests, you will have access to two single beds, while bookings for three or more guests will provide a queen-size bed. The pricing is based on four guests, and unfortunately, this room cannot accommodate any additional guests. Each of the ground floor rooms includes direct parking access and there is free on-site parking for trailers, boats and medium-sized trucks. We are close to multiple sports complex ( Including the shore haven). The air-conditioned guest rooms have a fridge, ironing equipment and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, including sport and movie channels. Each private bathroom offers free toiletries. All rooms have smart, modern triple-sheeted bedding. Guest laundry facilities are also provided. Balan Village Motel is within a 10-minute drive from Berry and an 11-minute drive of Hanging Rock Lookout and Nowra Wildlife Park. It is a 35-minute drive from Bundanoon and an hour’s drive from Wollongong. The property is close to wonderful beaches, stunning scenery of Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay and a selection of local wineries.
