The Appart'City is ideally situated just a 5-minute stroll from the Cité des Sciences de La Villette and a 10-minute walk from the vibrant Zénith. Our apartments are thoughtfully furnished with a cozy living room, a dedicated workspace, and satellite TV for your entertainment. Start your day with a delightful breakfast that includes a variety of breads, pastries, and fresh beverages, along with fruits, cheeses, and yogurts. With Ourcq Metro Station right across the street, you have direct access to major train stations and iconic attractions like the Louvre, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower. For those traveling by car, private parking is available on-site for an additional fee.

All well-equipped apartments have a living room, a desk area and a satellite TV. They also have a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hobs and a microvawe, Breakfast is composed of various breads, including gluten-free bread, pastries, fresh and hot beverages. Fresh fruit and fruit salad, as well as cheeses and yogurts are also provided. The Appart'City Paris is opposite Ourcq Metro Station which provides direct access to Gare du Nord Train Station, Gare de l'Est Train Station and Gare d'Austerlitz Train Station.
