Spanning 18 square meters, this intimate space is equipped with a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV, ensuring your comfort during your stay. Please note that this room does not accommodate extra beds and lacks a sitting area, making it perfect for a short getaway. While it does not offer a view of the lake, the serene mountain scenery provides a tranquil backdrop for relaxation. The Al Borducan Romantic Hotel, nestled in the heart of Sacro Monte di Varese, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a unique blend of historical elegance and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a delightful dining experience at our 'love restaurant,' featuring candlelit meals and breathtaking panoramic views. With a focus on traditional cuisine, our restaurant is an adults-only space for dinner, ensuring a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace when the weather permits, and don't miss the chance to try our exclusive Elixir del Borducan at the bar. Please be aware that our historic villa does not have air conditioning or an elevator, and parking is a short walk away in a pedestrian area.

Al Borducan Romantic Hotel is located in the center of Sacro Monte di Varese, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This hotel features period furniture, and a restaurant with a panoramic terrace.The restaurant is a "love restaurant" with candle light dinner and lunch with a panoramic view with a no children allowed in the restaurant for dinner policy . Rooms at the Al Borducan Romantic Hotel feature flat-screen TV, a mini-bar and a fully equipped private bathroom. Some rooms offer parquet floors, others have a balcony. In fine weather, breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking Campo di Fiori park and Lago di Varese. The restaurant specializes in traditional dishes. At the bar, guests can sample the exclusive Elixir del Borducan. This orange-based herbal liqueur is made following a secret family recipe. Transfers to Varese or Malpensa Airport, a 45-minute drive away, can be arranged. This is not a characteristic 4-star hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms, but a 1924 Art Nouveau villa adapted to a hotel with cozy rooms and elegant but not very large bathrooms. We have no air conditioning, we are in the pedestrian area of a mountain village and parking is not adjacent to the property (5-minute walk uphill), we have no elevator (historic building with fine arts restrictions). Parking is difficult because structure is in a pietonal area and pubblic parking is available free from monday to friday, to pay saturday and sunday.
