Located in central Edinburgh at the foot of Calton Hill, 24 Royal Terrace is nestled among the grand Georgian townhouses of a UNESCO Heritage site. Royal Terrace, a quiet cobbled street, is just a short walk from the buzz of the city. This stylish boutique hotel, has the added touch of the owner’s ever-changing art collection and a dedicated Whiskey bar, serving rare and unique scotch malt Whiskey and adding a new chapter to Royal Terrace's history as "Whiskey Row". Due to the nature of a grade A listed building, each of the 14 rooms are accessed by stairs and there is no elevator at the property.
